Kelton Plaza Apartment manager is perhaps the most professional and responsive apartment manager you can hope to find.

She responds to service requests promptly. William (the guy who takes care of the service requests) is friendly and a very hard worker.

The apartment is well-maintained.

I have lived at Kelton Plaza for two years. If I had the choice, I would live there again.

My specific unit was an upgraded unit, new cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc. It's a pretty nice place! The roof has a spa and has a general nice layout and look! For the price, proximity to UCLA, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, this is a pretty nice deal!

The new manager is awesome, she very understanding of certain situations and things ACTUALLY GETS FIXED RIGHT AWAY!!! They upgraded the whole apartment complex and honestly it is getting better and better. New changes = BETTER CHANGES!

The complex can be a tad noisy, but that's to be expected considering the area (we live in college student central, parties, no surprise!). There have been occasional problems with the roof come rainy season in my unit, which was unfortunate, but the staff at Kelton Plaza is professional about their work and the manager does her best in addressing them as fast as possible.

The rent is getting ridiculously expensive compared to comparable buildings (e.g. the building next door), and the price of parking is outrageous, especially since the spots are all tandem. I loved living at Kelton! The apartment building is very clean and safe. The apartment unit was clean when we moved in, the kitchen and the bathrooms are really nice! Our manager was soooo nice and helpful. She is always available whenever I needed anything, she is very approachable. Overall, a great place to live I recommend it to anyone.

I have been living in this building for the past 2 years, and it has been a great experience! The size and quality of the apartment is superior to most of the surrounding apartments, and our manager works harder than anyone to keep everything looking nice and running well. I'd definitely recommend living in this building!

I have had the opportunity to live under previous management and now the new management and I have seen the whole place changed for the better. This in an amazing, cozy building to live in. The manager is wonderful. She makes sure all her tenants are safe and that he building is top of the line. I would recommend anyone looking for a safe, cozy, quiet, and friendly building to look into Kelton Plaza Apartments.

This building is the best deal I think in Westwood. The manager is WONDERFUL. All our maintenance problems are dealt with right away (literally RIGHT AWAY), the building is always clean and in good condition, and the environment is great. And the manager is on duty/call just about 24/7.

I lived in this building during the 2002-2003 and during the 2004-2005 year. I've really seen it transform under the new management in the past year. A very comfortable environment, quiet, and great helpful staff of people.

I highly recommend Kelton Plaza to anyone looking for an apartment! :)
